The below guidelines refer to products purchased at only. For store purchases please contact the store where you purchased the product directly.

Delivery of your Storksak Order from the online store:

All deliveries are made with Australia Post e-parcel services. We can deliver to private addresses, commercial addresses and PO Boxes.


$10.00 Australia-wide. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.


$20.00 Australia-wide. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.


$20.00 flat rate. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Sending Gifts:

You can send a gift to someone using the same method you would use to place an order for yourself. During the checkout, simply specify the receiver's address and the goods will be delivered there. Please make a note in the notes section that the purchase is a gift. We will send the receipt with the goods without the prices shown. If you like, you can add a short message to go with your gift and it will be sent with the parcel. We require a contact name, address and contact phone number of the gift recipient, in the unlikely event we need to contact the recipient during delivery. You can also call or email us with any special requirements.


All prices in the online store include GST.


We will always do our very best to ensure complete customer satisfaction, and will offer prompt exchange or repair of faulty products within the following guidelines:

• Please contact the office on P: +61 2 8347 0094 let us know that you will be returning the purchase

• The product must be returned within the warranty period, which is 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Please ensure that proof of purchase is returned with the faulty item. A copy of the proof of purchase as well as full contact details is required to be returned with the faulty product.

• We will contact you with the outcome of the assessment and if a repair or replacement is issued, the product will be sent to your address after assessment.

• Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.

• Please note that this policy relates to products that are faulty due to a manufacturing issue, and that we are unable to refund, exchange or repair products that are faulty due to misuse, wear and tear and other external factors not relating to the manufacturing of the product.

• We are also happy to exchange or refund any product within 14 days of purchase should you change your mind. Simply contact the Minskat office to receive a returns number and then return the product(s) unused in original packaging to including a copy of your receipt, your contact details and your returns number.

• Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed. Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.

• Please note no refunds or exchanges are offered on sales items.

Personal information for our business purposes is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and largely in the control of the individual. Except where otherwise legally appropriate, we will treat your personal information as private. In order to process your order, we will require your name, email address, delivery address, credit card details and contact telephone number. We keep a record of this information as well as any email correspondence. We do this in order to operate and improve the service we offer you and may also use the information to advise you of new products, promotions and changes to the website. We will not pass on any information to a third party for marketing purposes.

If you have received any promotional material and do not wish to receive it then upon letting us know we will not send it to you.

Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent PAYPAL. We feel confident that credit/debit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company.

We cannot ensure that all items are available on ordering. If we are out of stock we will inform you of the expected delay and if the item is no longer available, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. strikes, floods etc.). Every care has been taken to ensure that the presentation, descriptions and specifications of our products are correct, but slight variations in the goods may occur. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

Storksak is the trading name of Marshall Bergman Ltd registered in England and Wales, Company No. 4707666. Registered office is 45 Priory Gardens Highgate London N6 5QU. Storksak’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Storksak to the customer. Storksak shall not be liable for any customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Storksak cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on this website. Customers’ statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

We Reserve The Right:

• To cancel any order, at which time. We will immediately notify this action by email or phone, using the e-mail address or number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.

• That all orders are subject to availability of stock

• To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
