They might have been used in photo shoots, been on display in our showroom or manufactured with a slight fault. Overall they are of excellent quality but we cannot sell them as "first" stock. How much is postage?

UK DELIVERY - £5.00 up to 5 days delivery
EUROPE - £10 up to 15 days delivery
REST OF THE WORLD - £30.00 up to 15 working days delivery

How do I place an order?

If you are interested in any bag listed on the outlet please send an email to outlet@storksak.co.uk specifying the bag which you are interested in and contact telephone number. We aim to reply within 4 working days.

If you are happy to proceed with your purchase from the Outlet department we can arrange payment over the telephone.

When will I get my delivery?

Orders will be dispatched via Collect Plus or Parcel Force. Most items will be sent out the next day but we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of cleared funds.


Under our Storksak Outlet Refund Policy, you have 14 days from the day of receipt to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.
*This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
We only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a repair or refund. Our Outlet bags are covered with a 6 month warranty.
